The Longevity House
Not a tech-stacked biohacking lab. Not a show home. A living demonstration project — a real, occupied building applying the three domains of Biological Coherence in Architecture in practice, deliberately, room by room.
A return to circadian rhythm. To sunlight. To grounded materials. A home designed to regulate the body, rather than quietly disrupt the systems that sustain it.
The three domains, tested in a real building.
Not a list of features to replicate. A lot of homes are being built with good lighting, natural materials, and calm rooms right now — that alone isn't what this tests. What's different here is whether the three domains hold together as one coherent system, not three separate upgrades.
Circadian alignment
Light considered across the whole day, not installed as a feature — timed and shaped so the body's clock finds its own cue, rather than being told the time.
Nervous-system safety
Sightlines, scale, and material honesty, considered for how a room is read by the body before it's consciously noticed at all.
Ecological harmony
Materials, air, and electromagnetic conditions held to a standard most homes never think to ask of themselves — the whole environment reconsidered, not a single product swapped out.
Longevity, at moderate means.
Materials, technologies, and design choices are selected carefully to align with these principles without depending on unlimited budget. There will be compromises along the way — but they are seen, understood, and explained, not hidden. A biologically coherent home should not be reserved for the ultra-wealthy.
